Inspector’s note: Observed milk crates being used as shelving in the basement and storage areas. Instructed to remove and provide shelving that is 6" off the floor and provides floor accessibility to ensure adequate facility cleaning.

Inspector’s note: Observed raw wood shelves and surfaces on shelving units in the basement storage areas and above food prep area. Instructed to seal and/or paint to provide a smooth and easily cleanable surface.
