Inspector’s note: Observed a 1/4" gap at the bottom of the front/entrance door. Instructed to correct by providing a tight-fitting seal at all outer openings to prevent the entry of pests.

Garbage wasn’t handled or stored properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed hand wash sink without a waste receptacle in prep and dishwash areas where disposable paper towels are provided. Instructed to provide.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed mop stored improperly in the rear of the facility at the mop sink area. Instructed to store properly between usage.

Inspector’s note: Observed missing ceilings tile panels above the mop sink area and near the hot water tank in the rear of the facility. Instructed to replace missing panels.

Ventilation or lighting was inadequate.

Inspector’s note: Observed an accumulation of dirt/debris buildup on exhaust ventilation in the washrooms and in the rear of the facility overhead vetilation. Instructed to clean and maintain.
