Inspector’s note: Observed wet wiping cloths stored improperly on several prep surface areas. Instructed to store properly between useage.

Toilet rooms weren’t built, stocked, or cleaned properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed water leakage on the floor surrounding the toilet in the all-gender washroom #1. Instructed to correct. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

Garbage wasn’t handled or stored properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed outside dumpster with lids not tightly-fitted closed due to trash overflowing. Instructed to correct. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.

Ventilation or lighting was inadequate.

Inspector’s note: Observed an accumulation of dirt/debris buildup on the both all-gender washrooms exhaust ventilation. Instructed to clean.
