Inspector’s note: Observed missing walls tiles in kitchen, damaged wall tiles in children washroom, missing baseboards along walls in children washroom and stained ceiling tiles in classroom and office areas. Instructed manager to replace missing/damaged wall tiles, ceiling tiles and baseboards.
