Inspector’s note: Observed facility using a quaternary ammonia sanitizer for 3 compartment sink while using chlorine test strips to test proper concentration. Instructed manager to provide the correct concentration test strips for the corresponding sanitizer. Priority foundation. 7-38-005. Citation issued
