Inspector’s note: Observed no current pest control log book on the premises. Instructed person in charge that a licensed pest control company and operator must provide at least 2 pest inspections a year and the reports must be maintained in the log book. Instructed to provide a current pest control log book and pest inspection reports. Priority foundation 7-38-020(c). Citation issued.

Dishwashing equipment wasn’t set up, maintained, or used correctly.

Inspector’s note: Observed facility without a chemical test kit for sanitizer or for ware washing area. Informed person in charge a test kit that accurately measures the concentration in mg/l of sanitizing solution must be provided. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. Citation issued.

Walls, ceilings, attached equipment constructed per code: good repair, surfaces clean and dust-less cleaning methods

Inspector’s note: Observe a few cracked and missing floor tiles behind front bar and inside meter closet. Must repair and maintain. Observed a few openings into wall in rear storage room/mop sink. Must seal and amintain.

Food and non-food contact equipment utensils clean, free of abrasive detergents

Inspector’s note: Observed liquid build up inside bar gun holders also observed slight calcium build up inside ice machine. Instructed manager to clean bar gun holders and interior of ice machine.

Floors: constructed per code, cleaned, good repair, coving installed, dust-less cleaning methods used

Inspector’s note: Observed dust/dirt build up on floor throughout mop sink room. Instructed manager to clean floor and maintain.

Ventilation: rooms and equipment vented as required: plumbing: installed and maintained

Inspector’s note: No exposed handwash bowl at bar. Instructed manager to provide exposed handwash with running hot and cold water behind bar.
