Inspector’s note: Observed ice scoop stored on top of ice machine located in the front preparation area. Must properly stored ice scoops in a clean container to prevent contamination.

Inspector’s note: Observed leaky faucet base at the 3-compartment sink. Must repair and maintain at all times.

Toilet rooms weren’t built, stocked, or cleaned properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed no covered waste receptacle provided in the unisex employee washroom. Must provide covered waste receptacle and maintain.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed dirt and debris on floor behind refrigeration units, food storage shelving and rear dishwashing area. Must clean and maintain. Observed dust build up on ventilation vents inside both washroos. Must clean and maintain.
