Inspector’s note: Noted no labels for large bulk storage containers (rice, tea, sugar) in rear dry storage area near exit. Instructed person in charge all bulk and working food ingredient containers must be labeled with contents name.

Clean utensils, equipment, or linens weren’t stored and handled properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed plates stored in front prep area not inverted. Instructed to invert plates after sanitizing and air drying.

Ventilation or lighting was inadequate.

Inspector’s note: Observed the ventilation hood and filters above the cooking equipment in need of cleaning. Instructed to detail clean and maintain at all times.
