BOTH HAND SINKS HAD ONE FAUCET WITH A MIXING VALVE. TO TURN ON WATER YOU HAVE TO PUSH THE LEVER BELOW THE HAND SINK WITH YOUR KNEE. A HANDWASHING SINK shall have maximum hot water temperature of 120°F through a mixing valve or combination faucet. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
