Inspector’s note: Found an employee in the food prep area not wearing a hair restraint. Instructed manager to have all employees entering the kitchen to wear hair restraint. Maintain same.

Inspector’s note: Found the counter tile of the hand washing sink missing. Instructed to provide and maintain a smooth and easily cleanable surface.
