Inspector’s note: Observed a leak at the hot water knob of the three compartment sink. Instructed to repair and maintain.

Inspector’s note: Observed the closet in the kitchen with a build up of items cluttered on the floor. Instructed to clean and maintain and to elevate items kept at lease six inches from the floor.

Inspector’s note: Observed no covered receptacle in staff washroom. Instructed all washrooms used by females must have a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.

Inspector’s note: Observed no metal stem thermometer available. Instructed manager to provide metal stem thermometer for internal temperatures. Priority foundation 7-38-005

Inspector’s note: Pipe under 3-compartment sink heavily leaking into bucket under 2nd sink basin and additional leak under 3rd basin. Instd to repair and maintain. Violation 7-38-030 serious.
