     Inspector’s note: Observed certified food manager preplating hot lunch for children within kitchen. All plates were then placed on a lunchtable containing no food guard. All children come to the table to take a lunch. Observed no food guard to prevent contamination of children coughing, sneezing, or touching food. Priority violation 7-38-005 food guard was brought to site to protect preplated food from contamination. Priority violation corrected.
