Inspector’s note: Observed untreated wooden 2x4 block used to elevate 3-compartment sink leg in the warewashing area. Instructed to paint, seal, or replace wooden 2x4 block and maintain all nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment smooth, non-absorbent, and easily-cleanable.

Inspector’s note: Observed faucet at the 3-compartment sink leaking when in-use, but functional. Instructed to repair or replace 3-compartment sink faucet to eliminate leak and maintain all plumbing fixtures in good repair.

Inspector’s note: Observed base coving along floor and wall junctures throughout booth in poor repair, detached from wall in some areas. Instructed to repair or replace base coving throughout booth and maintain all floor and wall junctures coved and in good repair.
