Inspector’s note: Observed plastic sliding door of front service area line cooler in poor repair, cracked and missing piece of door. Instructed to replace door panel on front service area line cooler and maintain all equipment in good repair and proper adjustment.

Plumbing problems, or missing protection against backflow.

Inspector’s note: Observed urinal in men's employee washroom in poor repair, non-functional. Washroom has additional toilet that in-service and functional. Instructed to repair or remove urinal in men's employee washroom and maintain all plumbing fixtures in good repair.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed toaster oven on-site with no plans to use for food establishment. Instructed to remove toaster oven and other equipment from premises that will not be in-use for pop-up establishment and maintain premises free from equipment and items unnecessary to food operations.
