Raise the Cup Cafe/ Rocky's Bar & Grill

Cold food was held above a safe temperature.

Inspector’s note: Observed improper cold holding temperature of tcs items such as 6 gallons of half and half and 4 gallons of whole milk found stored inside the walk-in cooler in the raise the cup cafe on the first floor. Half and half of temperature was 49.6f and the milk was found at 49.1f. Instructed all cold holding food must be 41f or below at all times. Approximately 33lbs at $195 worth of product discarded. Priority 7-38-005, citation issued.

Inspector’s note: Observed the walk-in cooler in the rear of the raise the cup cafe found at temperature of 48.0f at the time of the inspection. Instructed all cold holding units must meet and maintain 41f or below at all times. Priority violation 7-38-005, citation issued
