     Inspector’s note: Observed approximately 20 small flies on the vehicle. The small flies were found on the ceilings and flying around the vehicle. Instructed to eliminate live small fly activity, clean, and sanitize all affected areas. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a), no citation issued

     Inspector’s note: Observed the incorrect sanitizer test strip kit on-site at the time of inspection. Chlorine test strips were provided but the sanitizer provided requires quaternary test strips to test concentration of sanitizer in 3 compartment sink. Instructed provide proper tester test strip kit on site. Priority foundation 7-38-005, no citation issued
