Observed a closed off space near rear ice machine storage area with a prep table, portable stove, pot, and measuring cups intended to use to make syrups for drinks. Instructed manager to install hand washing sink in mentioned area. Person(s) in charge removed the items from the mentioned area and put them into the front prep area before the conclusion of the inspection. Isntructed to maintain.
