Inspector’s note: Observed nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment (sides between equipment/wall) to be heavily-soiled with dried food debris and grease (deep fryers, cold-holding units, ovens). Instructed to clean nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment at adequate frequency to prevent build up of grease, dried food debris, and other soils and maintain.
