Inspector’s note: Observed rust like substance in interior of dipper well in front prep area and around interior drain in sanitizer compartment of three compartment sink. Instructed to remove rust and clean and sanitize interior of dipper well in front prep area and around interior drain of sanitizer compartment of three compartment sink.

Inspector’s note: Observed no prep sink in front prep area. Instructed to install a minimum of one prep sink for food preparartion, obtaining water and discarding liquid waste is required in any food prepartion area.

Inspector’s note: Observed non smooth wooden wall behind, to left and right of utility sink. Instructed to make wooden wall behind, to left and right of utility sink smooth and easily cleanable, walls and wall coverings shall be designed, constructed and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Observed tape and cardboard covering vent in hood in rear prep area above prep table. Instructed to remove tape and cardboard covering vent in hood in rear prep above prep table, surfaces of vent in hood shall designed, constructed and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

Inspector’s note: Observed unused large ice machine and unused upright freezer wrapped in plastic wrap in rear storage area in facility. Instructed to remove no longer used equipment from facility, the premises shall be free of items unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment.

Observed hole in ceiling tile around extension cord in area with utility sink. Instructed to smoothly replace damaged ceiling tile with extension cord in area with utility sink for ease of cleanability.

Inspector’s note: Observed non working mechanical ventilation in eastside all gender washroom. Instructed to repair or install mechanical ventilation of sufficient capacity in eastside all gender washroom.
