Single-use items weren’t stored or used properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed single-service articles in original containers stored directly on the floor of the basement kitchen area storage room. Instructed to relocate single-service article containers and store all single-use/single-service articles at least 6" above the floor and maintain.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed mechanical ventilation cover above food in the basement area walk-in freezer to be heavily soiled with dust debris. Instructed to clean ventilation, ceilings, and other physical facilities at adequate frequency to prevent build up of dust debris and other soils and maintain.
