Wiping cloths weren’t used or stored properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed wiping cloths in sanitizer bucket with no sanitizer solution. Instructed to store wet wiping cloths used for wiping equipment surfaces stored in an adequate sanitizer solution between uses and maintain.

Single-use items weren’t stored or used properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed single-use food containers (plastic bowls, lids, cups) in original boxes stored directly on the floor of the rear storage hallway. Instructed to store single-use/single-service articles in original boxes at least 6" above the floor and maintain.
