     Inspector’s note: 5-103.11(b) observed inadequate hot water at the hand washing sink and at the 3 compartment sink. At the time of the inspection, hot water ranged from 68.5f at the 3 compartment sink and 71.4f at the hand washing sink. Instructed to always maintain adequate hot water at all sinks at all times, hot water must maintain 100f at the hand washing sink and 110f at the 3 compartment sink. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).
