In-use utensils weren’t stored properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed spoons stored with handles buried in food items at the front service area line cooler. Instructed to store in-use utensils with their handles above the top of the food and the container in between uses and maintain.

Plumbing problems, or missing protection against backflow.

Inspector’s note: Observed backflow prevention device at the rear kitchen area utility sink in poor repair, bell cap missing but functional. Instructed to repair or replace bell cap at the rear kitchen area utility sink backflow prevention device and maintain all plumbing fixtures in good repair.
