Inspector’s note: Observed handwashing sinks in (student)men and (student)women's washrooms on level 700 at improper minimum temperatures. Observed improper minimum temperatures ranging between 74.8-75.6f at middle and right handwashing sinks in (student)men's washroom and middle handwashing sink in (student)women's washroom. Instructed a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Note: there are two properly functioning handwashing sinks in the women's washroom(student) and one properly functioning handwashing sink in the men's washroom(student) on level 700.

Inspector’s note: Observed both doors of all gender washrooms on 7l not self closing. Instructed to install self closing devices on both all gender washroom doors on 7l so that both all gender washroom doors on 7l are self closing and tight fitting.

Inspector’s note: Observed debris on ground on both sides of compactor used for trash. Instructed to clean ground surrounding all sides of compactor used for trash and maintain.
