Inspector’s note: 6-501.12 observed minor dirt and food debris on the floor under the handwashing sink, 3 compartment sink, and behind the cooking equipment and dry storage shelves. Instructed to clean.

Garbage wasn’t handled or stored properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed trash and debris on ground inside outside garbage enclosure area. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

Inspector’s note: Observed food debris and spills on floor inside walk-in cooler, under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

Single-use items weren’t stored or used properly.

Inspector’s note: 4-502.13 observed cardboard boxes being reused as a garbage can for the toilet rooms located in the basement. Instructed to remove and only use actual garbage cans for garbage disposal in toilet room, all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable.

Toilet rooms weren’t built, stocked, or cleaned properly.

Inspector’s note: 5-501.17 observed no covered receptacles inside of the women's toilet room located in the basement. Instructed to provide.
