Inspector’s note: The washbowl in the staff's toiletroom in the rear of the infant room and in the rear toilet room in the after school needs to be recaulked at the top. Instructed to recaulk around the sinks and maintain.

Toilet rooms weren’t built, stocked, or cleaned properly.

Inspector’s note: The trash receptacle in the staff's toilet room needs a lid/cover. Instructed to provide and maintain.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Water stained ceiling tiles in the toilet and classrooms. Instructed to replace ceiling tiles and maintain.

Inspector’s note: Observed receptacle in the staff toilet room near the toddler room without a cover. Instructed to provide a covered receptacle and maintain
