Inspector’s note: 6-501.111 observed evidence of pest activity on site. Observed about 30 rodent droppings in the two closets located in the student cafeteria area. Observed about 20 rodent droppings under the pre-k classroom hand washing sink in room 107 and about 10 rodent droppings under the pre-k classroom 109. Observed about 10 live ants in pre-k room 107 crawling along the walls and by the doorway and about 10 live ants crawling along the wall behind a small trash can. Instructed to eliminate rodent and insect activity, clean and sanitize affected areas, and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).

Observed about 20 rodent droppings in various areas of the food prep area; about 10-15 rodent droppings around the grease trap located under the 3 compartment sink and about 5 rodent droppings located in between the refrigerators in the food prep area. Instructed to clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contact pest control for a service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).

BOYS TOILET ROOM EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING THE FIRST SINK HAS NO HOT WATER THE FAUCET IS IN POOR REPAIR AND THE GIRLS TOILET ROOM WEST SIDE FIRST SINK HAS NO HOT OR COLD RUNNING WATER UNDER CITY PRESSURE TO IT. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OF REPLACE THE FAUCET BOYS SIDE AND REPAIR THE SINK GIRLS SIDE.
