Inspector’s note: Observed the microwave located in the kitchen to have food debris. Instrcuted to clean and maintain.

Toilet rooms weren’t built, stocked, or cleaned properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed bulk food container in dry storage cabinet area in kitchen with out proper labels, name and date. Informed manager that bulk food containers must have proper labels, name and date. Instructed manager to provide.

Inspector’s note: Observed chipped paint on wall in closet adjacent to preschool room. Informed manager that all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Instructed manager to resurface and ensure surface is smooth and easily cleanable maintain at all times. Observed dust accumulation on vent cover above kitchen counter and refrigerator. Instructed manager to detail clean and maintain at all times.

Food and non-food contact surfaces properly designed, constructed and maintained

Inspector’s note: Install splash guards on the kitchen hand sink to prevent contamination of clean dishes that are stored in a bin next to the sink. Or, do not store any food or food equipment within 12 inches of the hand sink. Must defrost the ice compartment in the mini fridge in the toddler/infant room.
