Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed peeling paint on walls inside liquor storage rooms. Must repaint and maintain. Observed big opening into ceiling around vent inside washroom. Musts seal opening and maintain. Observed dirt and debris on floor underneath shelving inside liquor storage rooms. Must clean and maintain.
