Inspector’s note: Must not use milk crates a shelving inside the 1st floor catering coolers.

Inspector’s note: Noted two leaks under the dish room three compartment sink at the 1st and 3rd compartments. Instructed to repair and maintain.

Inspector’s note: Noted the employee washroom located in the main kitchen adjacent to the dish area not functional due to plumbing issues. Building maintenance has the room locked with no access. Instructed to repair all interior plumbing to be functional and available for all employees. Instructed to use the exterior hallway washrooms available to students until operational.

Inspector’s note: Noted missing floor tile at the dish machine loading area. Instructed to replace.

Ventilation or lighting was inadequate.

Inspector’s note: Noted two burnt out bulbs inside the far east walk-in cooler off the main kitchen prep area. Instructed to replace and maintain.
