Inspector’s note: All dining room entrance/exit doors with an open 1/2 gap on the bottom of the doors. Instructed to provide a tight fitting seal on the bottom threshold.

Inspector’s note: All plastic on interior metal surfaces inside the drawer coolers must be removed to prevent physical contamination.

Toilet rooms weren’t built, stocked, or cleaned properly.

Inspector’s note: Must provide a covered waste receptacle for the womens and coed washrooms.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Missing ceiling tiles throughout the rear kitchen and dish.----open hole surrounding the wall light switch neat the beer walk-in cooler. Instructed to replace/seal all.
