Inspector’s note: Observed a 1/4" gap at the bottom of the front entrance door. Intructed to provide a tight-fitting seal at all outer openings.

Inspector’s note: Observed no backflow preventer device on the faucet at the mop sink in the rear mop sink closet. Instructed to install.
