Not enough equipment, or the wrong method, to cool and hold food at safe temperatures.

Inspector’s note: Observed improper cold holding temperatures of the produce cooler, kitchen prep cooler and 4-door meat display cooler. Observed the produce cooler with an air temperature of 46f, the kitchen prep cooler with an air temperature of 45f, and the 4-door meat display cooler with an air temperature of 54f. Management instructed to repair and maintain all refrigeration units below 41f. Priority violation 7-38-005.
