Inspector’s note: Noted wash rooms on premise with garbage receptacles and no lids. Instructed to provide trash cans with lids at all women wash rooms and unisex wash rooms

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Instructed to clean and maintain floors especially inside the electrical unit rooms and along wall base.
