Thermometers were missing or inaccurate.

Inspector’s note: Observed no internal ambient air thermometer provided at the grill area drawer cooler. Instructed to provide at least one internal ambient thermometer in a conspicuous and easily-viewable location in all equipment used to cold-hold tcs food items and maintain at all times.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed base coving beneath and behind equipment throughout the rear prep area missing or in poor repair in some areas. Instructed to repair or replace all base coving that is missing or in poor repair in the rear prep area and maintain all floor and wall junctions coved and enclosed to allow for adequate floor cleaning methods and maintain.

Inspector’s note: Observed wall and floor in poor repair in rear prep area corner (behind water boiler). Instructed to repair or replace wall and floor in the listed area and maintain all physical facilities in good repair.
