Inspector’s note: Observed facility without a (chlorine) chemical test kit for sanitizer or for ware washing area. Informed person in charge a test kit that accurately measures the concentration in mg/l of sanitizing solution must be provided. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. No citation issued.

Inspector’s note: Outer openings not protected. Observed rear receiving door not rodent proof. Observed 1/2 inch on bottom door. Must make door rodent proof to prevent pest entry.

Inspector’s note: Observed no service sink/mop sink on premises. Must install a utility mop sink with hot/cold running water and must install a backflow preventer device.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed openings into wall behind front counter selling area and front entrance wall. Must seal openings into walls must be smooth and easily cleanable surfaces.
