Instructed at least 1 service sink or 1 curbed cleaning facility equipped with floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste.

Inspector’s note: Observed no covered receptacle in all gender employee washroom. Instructed to provide covered receptacle in employee all gender washroom for sanitary products.

Inspector’s note: Observed coffee and slushie machine covered on counter in front sales floor and not in use at time of inspection. Instructed to remove all items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment that is nonfunctional or no longer in use.
