Inspector’s note: Observed dead insects on floors throughout dry/ liquor storage. Instructed to remove, clean and maintain

Inspector’s note: Observed 2 door cooler containing beer kegs, simple syrups and other drinks. Insructed to clean all interior surfaces in order to prevent pest harborage.

Ventilation or lighting was inadequate.

Inspector’s note: 4-202.18 noted dust accumulation inside, on pipes/conduits and on edges of the exhaust hood and filters above cooking equipment. Instructed to detail clean and maintain hood, filters, and pipes/conduits.
