     Inspector’s note: Observed aluminum foil used to line shelf in dishwashing area and cardboard used as liner on shelf underneath rinse sink next to low temperature dish machine. Instructed to remove aluminum foil and cardboard in said areas, nonfood contact surfaces of equipment shall be constructed of corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent and smooth material for ease of cleanability.
