Inspector’s note: Instructed to remove all black milk crates used for elevations through our facility. Must provide adequate shelving units that are smooth and easily cleanable.

Toilet rooms weren’t built, stocked, or cleaned properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed inadequate self-closing door on toilet room in rear facility. Instructed to repair and maintain.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed stored unused equipment and miscellaneous items stacked up in basement storage. Instructed to remove all unnecessary items and elevate to prevent hiding spaces for pests.
