Also noted grilled chicken 50.5 f, sliced onions 49.8 f, cooked rice 46.4 f, southwest dressing 48.4 f in walk-in cooler . Person in charge discarded and denatured approx. 33 lbs valued at $125 priorty violation#7-38-005. Citation issued.
