Inspector’s note: 6-201.13 observed wall base located in prep area in disrepair, detached and mended with tape. Instucted to repair or replace.

Inspector’s note: 6-501.12 observed food splatter along side of cooling unit located in prep area. Noted food debris on floor surrounding equipment (stove and rolling cart). Instructed to remove accumulated food debris and maintain in order to prevent pest harborage.

Thermometers were missing or inaccurate.

Inspector’s note: Observed missing thermometer in refrigeration unit located in classroom next to administrative office, noted thermometer inoperable in prep refrigerator. Instructed to provide and maintain properly working thermometers.

Plumbing problems, or missing protection against backflow.

Inspector’s note: Observed toilet inside toddler room inoperable and covered with cardboard. Instructed to repair and maintain in good condition.

Inspector’s note: Observed the interior and exterior front doors with 1/4" gaps at the bottom. Must repair and maintain to prevent possible entry points for pests.
