Inspector’s note: -501.111 observed live cockroach crawling on wall next to cooling unit in prep area, approximately 125 or more small rodent droppings scattered along the walls in prep, behind cooling unit, in closet behind washing machine and drying equipment, under wired storage rack containing crackers, inside storage closet directly across from prep, inside all classrooms along walls behind and in between furniture, carpet, storage spaces, and front office space along east side wall. Recommended to contact pest control for service, remove all droppings, clean and sanitze. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). Citation issued
