Dishwashing equipment wasn’t set up, maintained, or used correctly.

Inspector’s note: Observed no attached drainboard on 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to provide drainboard for proper air drying of equipment and utensils.

Floors, walls, or ceilings were damaged or dirty.

Inspector’s note: Observed debris on floor along walls and corners in classroom, furnace room, office, and storage areas. Instructed manager to clean floors and maintain.

A previously cited basic violation still wasn’t fixed.

Instructed to remove and elevate all items at least 6 inches off floor to prevent pest harborage. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
