     Inspector’s note: Observed the sanitizer dispenser on the three-compartment sink not properly sanitizing. The dispenser was at 0 ppm at the time of the inspection. Instructed to provide and maintain a food-grade sanitizer to properly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes on site at all times. Priority violation 7-38-005, not citation issued.

     Inspector’s note: Noted the incorrect sanitizer test strip kit on-site at the time of inspection to test concentration of sanitizer in 3 compartment sink. The manager has chlroine test strips, but they are using a sanitizer that is compatible with quat-ammonia test strips. Instructed to have a test strip kit compatible with the sanitizer being used to sanitize dishes on site at all times to monitor the strength of the sanitizer properly. Priority foundation 7-38-005, no citation issued.
