Inspector’s note: Observed approximately 70 small rodent droppings on premise is the following areas.. In employee /storage room in corner behind door, under wooden scattered on floor, behind 2 door coolers/ freezers in dry storage area, surrounding ventillation/heating system and storage racks containing loaves of bread, and in office surrounding desk and camera system. Instructed to contact pest control for additional service, remove droppings, clean and sanitize said areas. Must eliminate rodent activity on site. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

Inspector’s note: Observed receptacle area outside with buckets and miscellaneus items stored behind grease receptacle. Instructed to remove and maintain refuse area in order to prevent pest harborage

Inspector’s note: Observed ceiling missing with slight leak in office space as well as water stained /damaged ceiling tiles above cooling units/charcoal is stored. Instructed to repair and provide smooth and easily cleanable

Inspector’s note: Observed ice build up inside the rear reach in upright freezer. Must defrost and clean.
