Inspector’s note: Over 50 mice droppings scattered on floor in rear along wallbase. Instd to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize affected areas and contact pest control for service. Citation issued 7-38-020(a) priority foundation

Inspector’s note: The following not clean, excessive food debris accumulation: alll storage shelves, dough mixers, interior of all coolers including rubber gaskets, fryer, and proofer. Instd to clean all and maintain. Excessive ice on condensor of cooler. Instd to remove ice and maintain

Inspector’s note: Extensive water damager ceiling with openings and exposed insulation noted in various areas on premises. Extensive floor damage/missing tiles through out premises. Instd to repair ceiling and floor so as surface to be smooth, even, and easily cleanable and maintain

Inspector’s note: Observed gaskets worn and damaged on cooler doors in prep area. Instructed manager to reapir and maintain. Also, found rusty storage racks inside the coolers. Instructed to remove rust or replace racks. Maintain rust free racks.
