Inspector’s note: Observed the following plumbing issues on the nko side: no faucet tops on the metered faucets on the left washbowl sink in the boys restroom on the 2nd floor. No faucet tops on the metered faucets on the right sink in the 1st floor girls restroom. Low water pressure in the girls restroom near the cafeteria. Must make all repairs. Several metered faucets with running water only when faucet pressed. Must have continuous flow of minimum of 15 seconds to allow for proper handwashing.

Found 40 mouse droppings in the following locations: throughout teachers lounge along wall ledges, light fixtures, closet, behind sofa chairs, behind and on top of shelving units/cabinets in pre-k rooms at nko and ariel, scattered along wall base in boiler room. Also, observed dead small mouse in trash can in boiler room and heard gnawing sounds by mouse behind wall between closets in teachers lounge. Instructed to clean, sanitize affected areas, rodent proof doors, and recommend pest control to service premises. Serious 7-38-020 issued.
