Inspector’s note: Observed approximately 1/4" to 1/2" gaps between floor and wall junctures and between wall junctures in the rear utility sink area. Instructed to repair or replace wall and floor junctures to eliminate gaps between walls and floors and maintain all physical facilities in good repair.

Ventilation or lighting was inadequate.

Inspector’s note: Observed no mechanical ventilation or other ventilation provided in the restroom. Instructed to provide mechanical ventilation in all areas where obnoxious odors can occur such as toilet rooms and maintain.
