Inspector’s note: Observed pots and pans in basement storage area not inveryed. Instructed person in charge to invert all stored pots, pans and, containers ans maintain.

Toilet rooms weren’t built, stocked, or cleaned properly.

Inspector’s note: Observed no covered receptacle in womens restroom. Instructed to obtain covered receptacle and maintain in all restrooms for female use.
